Soft Tissue Therapy - Deep Tissue Massage

Soft Tissue Therapy is the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments. It is applicable not just to sports people but to anybody wishing to guard against or recover from a soft tissue injury.  Injuries or chronic orthopaedic conditions such as lower back pain, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, golfers elbow (tendonitis of the elbow joint), sciatica, neck ache and pain, postural problems are all examples of, but not limited to, common conditions that can be treated.

Prices are £45 for initial assessment and treatment

£40 for subsequent treatments

Sports Massage

This is a form of Deep Tissue Massage generally used to treat sports related injuries such as runners knee, ACL and MCL damage, strains and sprains, muscle tears, general maintenance for athletic performance, tendonitis, tendinopathy, tight hamstrings, restricted achilles tendon and many others.

Initial assessment and treatment: £40

Subsequent appointments: £35 

Rehab and Stretching for Hip and lower back

The lumbopelvichip complex (LPHC) is an area which normally presents with conditions such as lower back pain and hip ache or pain. Here are some exercises to help relieve any condition you may be suffering with.

Rehab and stretches for Upper leg, hamstring & hips

These are general rehab exercises and stretches for those suffering from lower back pain, tight or strained hamstrings and calves.

Rehab exercises & stretches for neck and shoulders

Here are some exercises and stretches to try if you suffer with neck ache or tight shoulders.  Most common aches and pains in this area can be eliminated with regular movement and stretching, however shoulder you feel sharp pain, immediately stop and contact your GP.

Rehab and Stretching for healthy back and core

Here are some general full body exercises to help develop a healthy back and core. They also include anti spasm exercises if you are suffering with chronic pain in your lower back and legs.
