Are you getting 30 mins per day activity? No? How do you think you will lose weight or just stay healthy?
Try to get a 30 minute walk in everyday. If this means you need to get up at 6am every morning, then you must. The mornings are getting lighter now so it’s much easier to get up early.
As you build your fitness, may be try to jog some of the time to help keep changing your body.
