This is a great snack/drink post workout or class. Grab your blender and your 5 minutes away from feeling full and avoiding the toast!!
* 1 small banana
* 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
* 300ml milk (I prefer a nut milk like coconut or almond milk but semi skimmed cows milk just as tasty)
* A good handful of nuts (almonds or hazlenuts ot your favourite nut or just use a desert spoon of peanut butter)
* 2 ice cubes
* A squirt of honey or maple syrup if you have a sweet tooth
* Sprinkle of Cinnamon
* Place all the ingredients (except the cinnamon) in a blender including the ice cubes and blend for a minute until everything is smooth
* Pour into a large glass and sprinkle the cinnamon on top... enjoy!
